Job summary:
we are looking for a senior data analyst to shape pivotal, data-driven strategies that enhance member experiences and support business growth across our e-commerce subscription platform. You will leverage advanced analytics and statistical techniques to support personalization, acquisition, retention, and growth strategies.
key responsibilities:
* build and maintain dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses in tableau and snowflake to drive data-driven decisions.
* lead hypothesis testing, a/b testing, regression analysis, and forecasting to inform product and marketing strategy.
* develop sql/python automation and workflow tools (airflow, dbt) to monitor data quality in real-time.
* partner with marketing, product, merchandising, and engineering teams to align business needs with data initiatives.
* translate complex data into compelling narratives for stakeholders at all levels.
requirements:
* bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related quantitative field.
* 4+ years of experience in data analytics, with 2+ years providing technical guidance to teams.
* proven experience in an e-commerce environment, preferably with subscription-based models.
* expertise in advanced analytics and statistical methods; proficiency in tableau, snowflake, sql, python, or r.
* ability to communicate technical details and business strategies to mixed audiences.
bonus qualifications:
* experience with machine learning and experimental design.
* deep knowledge of e-commerce kpis and personalization.
