 
        
        Inas an *administrative auxiliary*, you will be responsible for supporting administrative functions with the human resources team to fulfill the specifics requirements for our apodaca plant
*key responsibilities* - work closely with the plant manager and the administrative coordinator as a point of contact with human resources areas.
- keep continuous contact with hiring managers and talent acquisition with the positions on the system to assure accuracy.
- be the principal liaison between employees and payroll regarding all doubts and questions.
- creating posted communications for employees on blackboards (advisories, celebrations).
- collaborating with ehs area in the investigation and follow-up of internal incidents and compliance with the ehs program.
*qualifications* - bachelor's degree in administrative career or similar with at least 3 years proven experience in administrative or human resources areas in similar positions.
- english proficiency intermediate to fluent.
- optimally works with the internal team to secure the highest standard administrative follow up of the process.
