*job responsibilities*:- create training curriculums from beginning to end for different lines of business.- diagnose and assess the needs of the operation and design learning solutions tailored to them.- use authoring tools to design traditional and online courses.- collaborate with trainers, training supervisors and training manager to provide solutions to learning gaps in existing training material.- periodically audit results of existing training material to guarantee its effectiveness, relevancy and accuracy.- manage the company's learning management systems (lms).- collaborate with internal business leaders for implementation of new projects.
