Role purpose
support leaders and employees in talent management within a manufacturing and technology-driven environment. This role will help implement hr practices that strengthen employee engagement, workplace culture, and talent development, ensuring a strong connection between people and business needs.
key responsibilities
- act as a liaison between manufacturing, engineering, it teams and hr, ensuring closeness to employees.
- support the implementation of strategies to improve workplace climate and organizational culture .
- manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes.
- assist in the execution and follow-up of training and development programs .
- provide support in employee relations, performance management, and individual development plans.
- monitor and analyze hr metrics (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, engagement) and propose improvements.
- contribute to organizational change projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- support internal communication and well-being programs to enhance employee engagement.
requirements
- education: bachelor's degree in psychology, business administration, human resources, industrial relations or related field.
- experience: 3–5 years in hr roles (preferably within manufacturing, it, or engineering environments).
- knowledge of training and development processes .
- proven experience in hr metrics and data analysis .
- advanced excel (pivot tables, dashboards, advanced formulas).
- experience with hris systems ( workday preferred ).
- fluent english (oral and written).
