position summary
the analyst 1, supplier integration role supports supplier performance management, supply risk identification, and recovery activities through structured analysis, documentation, and coordination. This position works closely with supplier integrator 2 and supplier integrator 3 to support delivery performance tracking, risk monitoring, and escalation processes. The analyst 1 develops working knowledge of supplier delivery kpis, risk tracking tools, and escalation frameworks while contributing to supplier reviews, action tracking, and follow‑up activities. The role supports identification of emerging risks, maintenance of risk logs, and preparation of materials for supplier meetings, on‑site visits, and cross‑functional reviews.
essential functions
* maintain supplier delivery kpi reports; prepare data, summaries, and draft observations for review.
* support supply and demand alignment activities, including capacity checks and constraint validation using standard tools and templates.
* assist with supplier escalation and review meetings by preparing agendas, compiling data, maintaining action trackers, and documenting follow‑ups.
* maintain supplier documentation such as onboarding records, transit time updates, readiness checklists, and standard work instructions.
* review ops logs and escalation trackers to identify and flag risks with potential to increase in severity.
* support preparation for on‑site supplier visits, including data packages, visit objectives, and documentation of countermeasures with owners and timelines.
* perform routine supply chain and performance analysis to support risk reviews, recovery discussions, and internal reporting.
* track open actions, recovery commitments, and due dates to support closure discipline and escalation hygiene.
* additional assignments and responsibilities may be assigned as business needs evolve.

experience
* 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or operations; exposure to supplier management preferred.
education
* bachelor’s degree in operations, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
