* saltillo – $5,000 – $9,000/month
* monterrey – $5,000 – $9,000/month
* azcapotzalco – $6,250 net plus commissions; $7,000–$10,000/month range
* guadalajara (arcos vallarta) – $8,364 – $13,000/month
overall responsibilities:
* provide quality customer service through telephone conversations.
* handle call‑center inquiries, sell products, and retain customers.
* negotiate and secure agreements with clients to prevent cancellations.
* recover overdue accounts and track client follow‑ups.
* work flexibility across morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts.
qualifications:
* high‑school diploma completed or pending.
* minimum 3–6 months experience in call center or customer service (preference given).
* strong verbal communication skills in spanish.
* basic computer skills (microsoft office).
* immediate availability and willingness to work scheduled shifts, including weekends.
