job description
* maintains accurate supplier and article master data.
* checks material requirements planning (mrp) results and sends orders to suppliers
* tracks supplier deliveries, identifies bottlenecks and escalates risk of shortages
* ensures optimum stock level for raw materials and takes actions to avoid and reduce excess/obsoletes, etc.
* supports technical changes by ensuring ordering/deliveries of new components
* supports the supplier integration (localization, consignment agreements, logistics agreements, delivery performance evaluation, etc.) Develops and maintains regular contact with suppliers.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, logistic, business administration or related field.
* 2–3 years of experience in material planning, purchasing, supply chain, or similar roles.
* experience in supplier management, delivery performance evaluation, and logistics agreements
* advanced excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
* intermediate to advanced english
