key responsibilities
* develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives growth and revenue.

* manage external vendors, advertising partners, and agencies with strict performance oversight.
* analyze and optimize marketing funnels to increase case volume and quality.
intake, referrals & conversion management
* collaborate with intake leadership to improve conversion rates, responsiveness, and qualification processes.
* align marketing performance with intake kpis; lead a/b testing of scripts, routing, and response times.
* implement lead scoring, attribution models, and intake workflows to maximize efficiency.
data & performance optimization
* design and maintain dashboards, kpis, and reporting systems across marketing and intake functions.
* use marketing analytics and performance data to guide decision-making and optimize channel spend.
* identify and fix bottlenecks in the lead-to-case pipeline using real-time data.
* foster a culture of testing, measurement, and continuous improvement.
