*requirements*:
- bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in finance, investment banking, or related field, with exposure to financial analysis and modeling.
- strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial analysis and modeling.
- proficiency in microsoft excel and powerpoint; experience with financial modeling tools such as valutico or capital iq is a plus.

*responsibilities*:
- financial analysis: assist in conducting financial analysis of private companies, including analyzing financial statements, performing valuation modeling, and evaluating potential risks and returns of m&a transactions.
- valuation & modeling: support the development of financial models to assess the financial feasibility and valuation of prospective transactions, using excel and other financial modeling tools.
- market research: conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor landscapes, and market dynamics to support deal pitches, presentations, and client engagement efforts.
- due diligence: participate in due diligence processes, including gathering and analyzing financial data, preparing due diligence reports, and assisting in the identification of key deal issues.
- documentation: assist in the preparation of transaction-related documentation, including teasers, offering memorandums, management presentations, and client engagement efforts.
- team collaboration: collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including investment bankers, legal advisors, and clients, to support the execution of transactions and deliver exceptional client service.
- professional development: proactively seek opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in financial analysis, modeling techniques, and investment banking concepts through on-the-job learning and professional development resources.
