Are you passionate about execution excellence and driving results at the point of sale?

Join our team as a Sales Executive where youll ensure timely product presence aligned with customer standards, maximize marketing resources in your territory, and develop performance indicators that elevate business impact.

Youll be hands-on in the field five days a week, leading the implementation of commercial plans, training sales teams, managing marketing materials, and analyzing execution metrics to meet volume objectives.

This is a remote role, located in Monterrey, Nuevo Léon.

A Taste of What Youll Be Doing

- Execution Standards & Volume Goals: Measure execution standards and ensure volume objectives are met for the assigned customer
- Brand Presence Tracking: Capture and report execution metrics and brand visibility at the point of sale
- Field-Based Leadership: Conduct in-route work five days a week to oversee execution and provide hands-on support
- Marketing Asset Management: Coordinate and manage marketing materials to support commercial initiatives in the field
- Commercial Plan Implementation: Execute the customers commercial plan and ensure compliance with in-store execution standards
- Sales Force Training: Deliver training and coaching to the assigned customers sales force to enhance performance and alignment

Were Looking for Someone With

- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in detail channel sales or related areas, preferably in fast-moving consumer goods companies
- Drivers License required
- Interest in sales and fieldwork
- Deep Knowledge required on: Local market dynamics and key customers.
- Proven skills required: Fundamentals on Negotiation and Business acumen.
