main responsibilities
ensure safe operations aligned with hse standards to achieve zero accidents.
drive quality improvements and compliance with internal and external standards.
manage production schedules, manpower, and resources to meet demand.
control and analyze manufacturing costs to support budget and savings goals.
lead and motivate teams to enhance engagement, performance, and development.
promote sustainable operations by optimizing energy and resource consumption.
strengthen collaboration between departments and suppliers to ensure alignment.
develop workforce skills through targeted training and continuous learning.
position requirements
education : bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
experience : 5-6 years in manufacturing or production operations, leading teams or shifts.
experience in automotive or manufacturing environments is preferred.
technical skills: production management, quality systems, lean/continuous improvement, hse standards, and process optimization.
soft skills: leadership, problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and results orientation.
