activities:
 * supervise the operation and administration of the association in accordance with the management agreement and the association's policies and procedures.
 * acts as or oversee the primary liaison with the association board of directors and homeowners as needed.
 * perform/direct administrative and management duties as requested by the board of directors and in accordance with the management agreement.
 * ensure all the tools are being effectively developed and utilized, such as the annual calendar, action item list, resolution worksheets, timed agendas, rfp matrices, committee charters, procurement procedures, fy operating budget, etc.
 * review monthly financial reports and ensure management summary is submitted to the association board of directors.
 * provide and/or oversee recommendations to the association board of directors and committees regarding major capital expenditures as required to maintain the desired community appearance and operation.
 * monitor corporate and client delinquency rates and collections process for account portfolio.
 * attend board meetings per the management agreement and community events as needed.
 * prepare board packages according to established time frames.
 * ensure board of directors is aware of legal actions involving the association.
 * maintain unit and contract files relating to the operations of the association.
 * assist board of directors/arb with architectural review process and/or routine inspections as necessary.
 * responsible for maintenance of c3 data base, including updating resident information.
 * responsible for routine and special project vendor management, including procurement as well as performance evaluation as contracted.
 * coordinate and/or oversee inspection of building facilities and/or common areas and arrange appropriate follow-up actions as required.
 * oversee the ap process in accordance with company's home office processes and procedures.
 * other duties as assigned.
schedule:
monday to friday (with the flexibility to attend board meetings after regular business hours).
standard time: 10:00 to 19:00 mexico city time
daylight saving 09:00 to 18:00 mexico city time
this position is remote, but you'll need to visit our offices in cdmx or gdl on the first day.

minimum requirements
 * ba in business administration, architecture, civil engineering or similar.
 * at least 2 years of experience as a property manager, community manager, project manager or similar position.
 * ability to read association rules, documents, financial statements, and system criteria.
 * multitasking.
 * hospitality or property management experience can work
 * flexibility to attend board meetings after regular business hours.
 * hoa experience would be nice
 * strong client relation experience, especially focused on timely responses via email, internal chat systems, and client-facing programs requiring time-sensitive actions
 * financial knowledge of reading statements, monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, delinquency, paying invoices, and creating budgets.
 * management of multiple clients at a time, a portfolio manager will have multiple clients.
 * strong communication skills on the phone.
 * strong communication/organizational skills to conduct community meetings.
 * knowledge of project management, understanding of hoa elements, governing documents, and contracts.
