what you’ll be doing:
* manage the site's training team and oversee all training programs
* ensure induction training for all new hires is timely and complete
* assist department leaders in identifying training needs
* develop, monitor, and update the annual training plan aligned with company strategy
* track effectiveness of training programs and develop improvement strategies
* support resource management and training approvals
* maintain job descriptions and ensure alignment with job roles (rasic)
* ensure all training documentation is complete and compliant (records, attendance, certifications)
* serve as a key contact for audits and compliance reviews related to training
* promote a culture of environmental awareness, proper resource use, and waste separation
* support corrective actions stemming from customer complaints or audit findings
* share corporate policies and procedures with the team to ensure awareness and compliance
what we’re looking for:
* bachelor’s degree in administration, industrial engineering, or education
* 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in training or education coordination
* strong computer skills (microsoft office)
* knowledge of training methods and adult learning principles
* leadership and communication skills
* fluent in english (spoken and written)
bonus points if you have:
* experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
* familiarity with csr, qms (sgc), ems (sga), and customer audit requirements
* experience managing training for multiple departments and functions
