Overview the senior associate, will execute, coordinate, and follow up on the different operational and administrative functions of the human resources department, ensuring compliance with local regulations, effective employee support, and the proper management of talent processes, recruitment, personnel administration, occupational health and safety, and general services.
Responsibilities
talent acquisition
submit and follow up on job requisitions for open positions.
Hiring & employee administration
prepare and execute employment contracts.
Conduct candidate reference checks (regional scope).
Create and maintain employee files.
Register employees in payroll systems (tress and cs).
Submit employee transactions to payroll (hires, terminations, salary changes, and general update
