Role overview
as a community & content associate, you will support and execute rebet’s day-to-day social presence across platforms. This role is centered around speed, consistency, and real-time relevance — ensuring we are active in key moments, consistently engaging with our audience, and contributing to organic growth.
you will work closely with the head of social strategy to execute content, manage community, and help scale rebet’s organic growth.
success in this role will be measured by increased content output, faster real-time engagement, and growth in organic reach and community interaction.
key responsibilities
* execute daily social posting across instagram, x, tiktok, and other platforms
* write captions aligned with brand voice and platform best practices
* cover live sports moments and trends with real-time content
* manage community engagement across comments and dms
* contribute to content ideation, including posts, series, and campaigns
* assist in developing creative briefs and supporting content production
* help organize content calendars and track ongoing campaigns
* identify opportunities for viral and in-the-moment content
* support in-person content creation and real-world activations when needed
qualifications
* strong interest in sports, betting, or casino culture
* deep familiarity with social platforms, especially x, tiktok, and instagram
* strong writing instincts for short-form, high-impact content
* ability to move quickly and react in real time
* highly organized with strong attention to detail
* comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
* self-starter who brings ideas, not just execution
nice to have
* experience managing or growing social media accounts
* background in content creation, meme pages, or digital communities
* comfortable creating or appearing in content
* basic design or editing skills
