this role involves
* assist the f&b premium manager in the continuous development of new service techniques to achieve maximum guest satisfaction and improving per person spending at minimum operating costs.
this role is on a freelancer agreement, and it requires the candidate to have their own visa / sponsorship. A detailed job description can be found below.

you should have
qualifications:
* degree or certification in hospitality/ management or another related field
experience
* minimum 2 years' experience in similar role.
* previous experience in the uae, preferably in the event industry.
* excellent oral and written communication skills.
* previous experience in events or hotel industry.
* experience in managing team and its initiatives.
* fluent in english.

* friendly and amicable personality.
* excellent listening and communication skills at all levels.
* excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills.
* excellent personal presentation and grooming.
* willingness to work as a team member and accept direction.
