Responsibilities
* manage the talent acquisition processes to attract top talent.
* overseeing the full recruitment cycle for dl/idl/adm positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering candidates.
* develop a pool of qualified candidates as required by the position using sourcing strategies such as passive candidate sourcing, leveraging assigned sources and employing individual methodologies to source candidates via social media.
* create and maintain strong networking relationships with internal customers and external talent sources.
* sourcing candidates and maintaining an active candidate pipeline.
* create and foster relationships with colleges and professional organizations to attract and recruit diverse candidates.
* communicate with organizational leaders to clearly understand their hiring needs and organizational goals.
* participate in job fairs and other activities to attract and hire new talent.
qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in business administration, psychology, or related.
* 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* english 90%.
* management of office packages.
* strong communication skills.
* leadership and customer service.
* ability to work efficiently under pressure.
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
