Reporting to the program management manager the customer service representative role involve responsible for communicating with customers and dealing with customers’ inquiries.
What a typical day looks like:
- handle inquiries and resolve customer problems and complaints with care and efficiency and ensure the one-call solution.
- maintain customer service standards during high-pressure situations such as increased call volume, fewer resources, or, challenging customers.
- interpret customer needs, and organize symptoms, causes and solutions.
- customer forecast and po tracking and communication with customers on the detailed delivery schedule.
- manages and coordinates all activities related to fulfilling orders from customer
- coordinates all activities of shipment administration to assure delivery on time
- monitors, supports and assures accounts receivables collection on time
