Business analyst role overview
key responsibilities:
* we collect and consolidate financial and operational data from various sources and tools, then generate meaningful reports.
* working with a diverse global team, we identify ways to support software engineering activities.
* we continually improve processes, tools, communication, etc., with creative solutions.
* maintaining critical internal reports, we perform monthly maintenance to ensure key results are updated and validated for the regional software leadership team.

required skills and qualifications:
* excellent time/task management skills enable us to complete assigned tasks on time.
* meeting critical deadlines and adapting to project scope and deadline changes is essential.
* working with multiple tools, we produce executive and management dashboards, providing detailed reports and summaries as requested.
* a strong finance knowledge base and analytical skills are required.
* experience with database management, preferably powerbi or sql queries, is highly desirable.
* advanced excel modeling experience, particularly in corporate reporting, is also preferred.
