- _conduct outbound prospecting activities to qualify new leads, book meetings and expand the sales pipeline. _
- _conduct initial discovery calls or with leads/prospects to assess their suitability and interest in the company's products or services and book meetings for account managers. _
- _meet and exceed weekly and monthly meeting booking targets set by the team lead and perform other peripheral admin activities as required._
- _collaborate with the sales team to transfer qualified leads and provide them with relevant information and context for follow-up. _
- _maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and customer information in the crm system. _
- _participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications / skills _
- _experience in outbound customer support operations including sales, bd, customer relationship, customer facing roles. _
- _has demonstrated experience of working comfortably with target-driven outcomes _
- _strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with prospects. _
- _excellent listening skills and the ability to understand customer pain points and tailor messaging accordingly. _
- _ability to work independently and manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. _
