es responsable de la retención de y la rentabilidad de las cuentas mediante la introducción de nuevos productos o servicios (cross selling) o la expansión del uso de productos existentes (upselling).

• es el punto de contacto principal del cliente durante el período de posventa
• construye y mantiene una relación duradera con los clientes.

• expande su red de influencia en el cliente.

• asegura la retención de los contratos con los clientes existentes, mantiene e incrementa una tasa de retención objetivo dentro de su cartera designada.

• mejora la rentabilidad con los clientes existentes.

• desarrolla la cartera de clientes y ofrece soluciones estratégicas a los requerimientos especiales de los clientes.

• supervisa el uso de los productos por parte del cliente para anticiparse a los puntos débiles, renovando y ampliando los contratos existentes.

*your next challenge* context and challenges of the*post-sales account executive position:* identify sales opportunities (upselling & cross-selling) in order to maximize volume and revenue for pluxee.
ensure portfolio retention and expand the network of influence.
*purpose of the position:* a commercial executive (farmer) is primarily responsible for managing an existing client portfolio.
they are accountable for client retention and account profitability by introducing new products or services (cross-selling) or expanding the use of existing ones (upselling).
*what you'll be doing:* manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.
* identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
* conduct regular client reviews and satisfaction assessments.
* collaborate with sales and account management teams to address client needs.
* provide clients with updates on new products and services.
* prepare and present reports on client relationship metrics and performance.
*certifications requirements:* certified client relationship manager (crm) or equivalent preferred.
*work experience requirements:* 3-5 years of experience in client relationship management or a related field.
*languages*: spanish and english desirable.
