your impact
you will be based in mexico city, mexico as part of our mexico executive assistants team working closely with consultants and internal departments at all levels of the organization, assisting partners directly with their agendas and travel arrangements.
you will organize and maintain calendars for assigned partners and associate partners that you will be serving as an assistant. You will also manage all communications including responding to correspondence that does not require personal attention of the partners.
as an executive assistant, you will handle all telephone calls in a professional and efficient manner; develop strong ongoing rapport with other assistants from the region supporting other consultants (within and outside of latin america). You will also provide a range of administrative support (e.g. travel scheduling, file organization, expense report submission, accounting administration) to effectively provide leverage to the firm.
also, when needed, you will support the planning and execution of major projects, conferences, and off-site meetings. You may also need to work with other assistants to ensure backup coverage.
your qualifications and skills
* college or secretarial school required; 4-year degree preferred
* 3-5 years administrative assistant experience in a corporate or professional environment, working for senior-level management
* solid knowledge of windows and notes applications
* strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
* proactiveness and attention to detail
* poise, presence, and professionalism
* advanced/fluent english is required
