Partner with leadership on org design, headcount planning, and performance culture. Build global pipelines (not country-bound) and raise the hiring bar. Lead employee experience: onboarding, l&d, feedback loops, and rituals that reflect bnka values. What you’ve done 3–7 years in hr / people ops / talent acquisition in startups/scaleups (fintech/crypto is a plus). Ai‑fluent: you’ve already automated hiring/hr with chatgpt, agents, or custom workflows. Exposure to regulated environments (kyc/aml, audits, policies) or fast learner.
