What you’ve done 3–7 years in hr / people ops / talent acquisition in startups/scaleups (fintech/crypto is a plus). Ai‑fluent: you’ve already automated hiring/hr with chatgpt, agents, or custom workflows. Exposure to regulated environments (kyc/aml, audits, policies) or fast learner.
