qualifications
* college graduate with 10 years of supply chain management experience (or equivalent)
* strong analytical skills
* ability to read, write, speak, and listen in english
* mastering in microsoft office software (excel, word, powerpoint)
* a degree in business administration, logistics, or supply chain is a plus
* oracle operation experience is a plus
