Purposethe purpose of this role is to oversee orbia's hedging operations, treasury information management, and lease governance while driving high-quality data, reporting, and automation across the organization. The role owns the hedging operating model, data governance standards, reporting accuracy, and system enhancements in kyriba and sap/sac, enabling disciplined execution, better controls, and decision-ready information for hold co and the business groups.main responsibilities- automation / information manager – data analyst: drives treasury automation, workflow improvements, and data‐driven controls to increase efficiency and reliability.
* corporate treasury information manager: owns treasury data governance—definitions, data quality, reconciliations, and issue resolution across kyriba and sap/sac.
* report development & dashboard generation: produces executive dashboards and reports for liquidity, hedging, and treasury performance, ensuring consistent and insight‐driven analysis.
* kyriba and sac reports improvement: leads reporting enhancements in kyriba and sap/sac, improving visibility, control standards, and auditability.
* hedging dealing & program execution (bank facing): executes hedging transactions with banks and owns the end‐to‐end operating model, controls, and lifecycle governance.
* hedging management with hold co & bgs: coordinates exposures and hedging execution with hold co and bgs, ensuring alignment, readiness, and process consistency.
* hedging reports (mtm) – governance: oversees mtm reporting accuracy, valuation integrity, and analytical insights for internal and accounting stakeholders.
* hedge accounting (governance support): defines documentation and control standards for hedge accounting and coordinates effectiveness testing with accounting.
* leases strategy & management: owns the governance, data standards, and reporting lifecycle for corporate leases, ensuring accurate visibility and compliance.
* credit rating agency support: prepares consolidated treasury materials for rating agencies, ensuring accuracy and alignment with credit metrics.
* market outlook for treasury products: monitors financial markets and provides insights that support hedging decisions and treasury strategy.minimum qualifications- bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, data science, or related field - required.
* master's degree (finance, financial engineering, data/analytics) or treasury‐relevant certifications (e.g., cfa, frm, ctp) - preferred.knowledge/ experience required- 5–7 years of experience in treasury, global markets, risk management, or related financial operations, with strong hands‐on exposure to hedging execution, data governance, and treasury processes — required.
* demonstrated experience in data and analytics (dashboards, data models, automation, and control frameworks) supporting treasury or financial operations — preferred.
* experience implementing or enhancing treasury systems and reporting platforms (e.g., kyriba, sap/sac, power bi/tableau), including integrations, workflow improvements, and reporting design — preferred.
* familiarity with treasury products including fx hedging, derivatives operations, debt, and lease administration — preferred.
