Manage local security distributors, hardware wholesalers (ferreterías), and system integrators. Key account (ka) management:pitch and manage projects with large real estate developers and property management companies (focusing on airbnb and long-term rental apartment projects) to promote pre-installed smart lock solutions. Market insight & product localization:research mexican door lock standards (e.g., ansi vs. other regional standards) and coordinate with hq r&d for product localization. Monitor competitors (yale, schlage, steren) regarding pricing and marketing strategies. Brand & marketing support:lead the planning and execution of local trade shows (e.g., expo ferretera) and channel promotions. Establish and manage local installation and after-sales service networks. Sales performance:develop and execute annual/quarterly sales plans. Manage payment collections, inventory forecasting, and ensure a healthy supply chain.qualifications professional experience:5+ years of overseas sales experience, with at least 3 years specifically in the mexican market. Industry background:strong background in smart home, building materials, security products, or hardware/consumer electronics.experience with competitors such as yale, schlage, or tuya-based brands is highly preferred.
