As part of the Customer Experience team, you will support operational and commercial activities that directly impact customer satisfaction and business performance. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, manage data, and contribute to strategic initiatives.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Assist in order management, customer support, and service coordination
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement

Studying Last semesters or recent graduated in bachelor's degree in business administration, International Business, Marketing, Commerce, Industrial Engineering, or related
Degree must be obtained within 12 months of the date of hire
Must not have more than 6 months since graduation at the time of hire
Must have a valid RFC (Registro Federal de Contribuyentes)
Must be available to work full-time, Monday to Friday
Must have advanced English proficiency
