In this role, you will impact the r&d process by overseeing project execution and guiding the team in developing solutions that enhance product performance and meet customer needs.

Supervise and mentor r&d engineers and scientists, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of r&d projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Plan, prioritize, and manage r&d projects from concept to production.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
*you must*
- bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in research and development, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- strong understanding of r&d processes and methodologies.
- proven track record of managing projects and leading teams effectively.
- excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- experience with product lifecycle management (plm) and agile methodologies is a plus.
