In this role, you will impact the R&D; process by overseeing project execution and guiding the team in developing solutions that enhance product performance and meet customer needs.

Supervise and mentor R&D; engineers and scientists, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of R&D; projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Plan, prioritize, and manage R&D; projects from concept to production.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
**YOU MUST**
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
· 7+ years of experience in research and development, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
· Strong understanding of R&D; processes and methodologies.
· Proven track record of managing projects and leading teams effectively.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) and Agile methodologies is a plus.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
