Role summary:
independently delivers hris module configurations, manages client interactions, and contributes to project delivery with growing functional expertise.
key responsibilities:
* requirements gathering & design: liaise with client smes to gather business requirements and document functional specs. Advise clients on system design options and hris best practices.
* configuration & data migration: configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required.
* client engagement: conduct end-to-end demos and uat walkthroughs for client review. Collect and process feedback to drive system changes.
* training & documentation: deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare brds, training materials, and all project documentation.
* post-go-live support: resolve post-implementation issues within agreed slas. Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback.

requirements
* bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
* 2–4 years of hris implementation / support / end user experience.
* hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and uat.
* strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
* certifications: workday core hcm certification (required).
