Role Summary:
Independently delivers HRIS module configurations, manages client interactions, and contributes to project delivery with growing functional expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs. Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices.
* Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required.
* Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. Collect and process feedback to drive system changes.
* Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation.
* Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs. Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
* 2–4 years of HRIS Implementation / Support / End User experience.
* Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
* Certifications: Workday Core HCM Certification (required).
