In this position, you will manage diverse technical projects, gaining a comprehensive view of the production chain while ensuring projects are executed efficiently and aligned with business objectives. Your work will directly impact production continuity, product integrity, and cross functional collaboration across the organization.*key responsibilities* as a npi project engineer, you’ll be responsible for: • leading new product introduction (npi) activities for platform changes. • providing daily product engineering support to ensure production lines continue running without disruption. • conducting monthly audits of finished products to ensure physical components match boms within mrp systems and windchill. • supporting supply chain, purchasing, and operations by analyzing, drafting, and technically approving supplier deviation requests (sdrs). • managing rrca’s, engineering tickets, and various technical projects. • executing and validating engineering change notices (ecns) in cat and pasaporte. • gathering data and preparing, analyzing, and maintaining plans and progress reports to monitor project status. • escalating issues as needed and ensuring timely completion of project tasks.*requirements* we are looking for people who are proactive, resilient, and results driven, with the ability to work effectively in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
