we are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused customer service representative to join our team. This role is responsible for efficiently processing customer orders and providing excellent customer support.

- accurately enter and process customer orders through relevant systems.
- provide timely updates and confirmation to customers about their orders.
- coordinate with sales, supply chain, and back-office teams to resolve any issues.
- monitor order status and manage backorders effectively.
- address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
*what are we looking for?*
- bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- proficiency in english and strong communication skills.
- detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
