* experience: 1-3 years of payroll experience (mexico and u.s.).
* systems expertise: adp global view
* technical skills: advanced microsoft excel (including macros and data analysis).
* experience in multinational-global companies.
* bachelor's degree completed.
* advanced english proficiency (written and spoken).
* familiarity with other payroll systems.
* experience with sap.
