job objective: checking complex requirement notices regarding the quantities, dates and descriptions with the support of the system in clearly defined contexts. Planning, controlling and monitoring complex deliveries of a comprehensive range of purchased parts according to requirements and schedule.
Responsibilities

Defining and guaranteeing economical order quantities according to given planning rules.
Updating logistics material master data, taking into account defined targets (e.g. safety stock level) for purchased parts in agreement with internal posts.
Checking safety stock levels, batch sizes, lead times and correcting the stored data.
Responsibility for the stock levels of a complex parts spectrum.
Involvement in the optimization of the supply chain within the context of departmental specifications.
Carrying out complex stock management for a restricted area of responsibility.
Taking part in or carrying out coordination meetings with internal posts.
Planning, controlling and monitoring complex deliveries of a comprehensive range of purchased parts according to requirements and schedule.
Controlling and monitoring component allocation for external production, considering the required quantity and time.
Central contact person for material planning processes and logistical supplier management in the plant.
Execution of training measures and knowledge transfer of standardized material planning processes to the purchase parts planner and supervisors in the plant.
Creation of regular analyses of material master data, including stock values and stock ranges, corrections according to standard specifications.

Triggering orders and deadline inquiries.
Monitoring delivery dates (deadline follow-up, guarantee), involving the internal posts responsible. In difficult deadline situations, initiating escalation if necessary.
Preparing complex solution measures in the event of supply bottlenecks in cooperation with internal posts, suppliers and the superior if necessary.
Checking incoming order confirmations, clarifying differences in agreement with internal posts and supplier.
Coordinating complex on-schedule provision of parts and/or materials between the suppliers and internal posts, as well as monitoring the provision, consumption and return of the provided parts for external production if appropriate.
Processing the incoming goods journal, clarification in the event of excess deliveries or changes in schedule, whether value data or return, initiating logistic escalation if necessary.
System-related set-up and permanent monitoring of supplier consignment stores.
Preparing and carrying out logistics-supplier meetings with regard to deadline and quantity problems, as well as involvement in respective supplier evaluations.
Processing differences in invoices (quantity differences) on the accounts payable side.
Monitoring kanban control loops including determining all the necessary master and movement data with the aim of realizing the prescribed availability at low stock levels.
Taking over planning responsibility for items before sop.
Involvement in projects concerning process changes, participating in sourcing committees and guaranteeing implementation according to the derived measures.
Monitoring and being responsible for the stocktaking of the materials provided by suppliers.
Training and support of the purchase parts planner to fulfill the required tasks according to work routines.
First level support for purchase parts planner in plant and central contact for material planning processes and logistics supplier management.
Regular analyses and, if necessary, corrections of scheduling relevant master data for the procurement of materials.
Analyze potential for optimization in procurement processes and start the realization by t.
Qualifications
bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an inventory manager or similar position.
Advanced conversational/written english.
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. Erp).
Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports.
An analytical mind with strong mathematical skills.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
