1. deep knowledge of the iso 9001:2015 standard.
2. management of corporate document management platforms (document control applications, sharepoint, etc).
3. risk analysis and continuous improvement skills. (swot management, risk analysis, systemic analysis of findings, preventive actions)
4. tools for root cause analysis and management of corrective actions (8d, ishikawa, 7 diamonds, 5w3l, etc)
5. internal auditor iso 9001:2015 or iatf 16949, lead auditor iso 9001:2015.
