* promote and sell freemen nutra's ingredient portfolio using a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach.
* understand customer needs and provide product recommendations aligned with market trends and technical requirements.
* build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders (r&d, purchasing, senior management).
* prepare clear and effective proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.
* collaborate with internal teams (product management, logistics, quality, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth project execution.
* monitor competitors, market dynamics, and opportunities for new products or applications.
* handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with efficiency and professionalism.
* maintain accurate records of activities and pipelines in crm/erp systems.
* attend key industry events, trade shows, and customer visits.requirements- bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
* minimum 5 years of b2 b sales experience, ideally in nutritional ingredients, food & beverage, or dietary supplement industries.
* proven experience in account management, business development.
* familiarity with crm/erp systems and excellent command of microsoft office (excel, power point, outlook).
* strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment.
