We are expanding and seeking exceptional talent to join our dynamic and diverse team. We are looking for someone with a strong media and advertising foundation; well versed in google campaign manager, meta ads manager, linkedin ads, planning, presenting, executing, and optimizing all media strategies. Our ideal candidate thrives on data and is adept at using it to craft high-performing campaigns, is well organized, detail-oriented, and is passionate about driving results and building stronger brands over time. responsibilities

* media planning & strategy: develop comprehensive media plans aligned with client goals and target audiences; conduct in-depth research to identify optimal media channels; determine budget allocation based on performance and objectives; stay abreast of emerging digital media trends, technologies, and ai integrations; advise new business and account teams on budgets and media strategies during pitches.
* campaign execution & management: oversee the execution of paid media campaigns across platforms (google ads, social media, programmatic display); manage relationships with external vendors; track kpis (leads, cpa, cpl, engagement, web traffic, form fills); analyze performance data and generate regular reports with insights.
* budget management: manage and allocate media budgets across channels to maximize performance; maintain pacing and keep campaigns on schedule within financial targets; identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising effectiveness.


skills & qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in media buying, preferably in an agency setting or with companies providing b2b services/recruiting to software development firms.
* strong experience in paid media platforms (google ads, meta business suite, linkedin ads, programmatic platforms).
* proven track record of managing performance marketing campaigns with a focus on results.
* proficiency in analytics and attribution tools (google analytics, meta ads manager, third-party trackers, etc.).
* excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
* proficiency with media buying and planning tools.
