The erp implementation engineer is responsible for leading end-to-end implementation of erp solutions, translating business processes into system configurations across key modules including inventory, accounts payable (ap), accounts receivable (ar), warehouse management, manufacturing, and finance.
this role ensures successful design, configuration, data migration, testing, training, and go-live stabilization of erp systems, working closely with business stakeholders, project managers, technical teams, and support functions to deliver projects on time and within budget.
key responsibilities
implementation & delivery
* lead full lifecycle erp implementation projects (requirements → go-live → hypercare stabilization).
* conduct business process analysis and perform fit-gap assessments.
* configure erp modules based on operational and financial workflows.
* support multi-entity and multi-currency implementations.

* inventory & costing
* warehouse management (wms)
* manufacturing / production planning

data & integration
* lead data extraction, cleansing, mapping, migration, and reconciliation.
* support system integrations (crm, bi, banking, procurement systems, etc.).
* collaborate with technical teams on api and middleware requirements.
testing & go live
* prepare and support uat scenarios.
* train business users.
* lead go-live activities and hypercare transition to support.
stakeholder engagement
* facilitate workshops and solution design sessions.
* drive requirement sign-offs.
* identify product gaps and recommend improvements.
must have skills & qualifications
* 3+ years of hands-on erp implementation experience.
* experience implementing at least one major erp platform (e.g., sap, oracle, microsoft dynamics 365, netsuite, infor, epicor).
* strong knowledge of finance & operations processes.
experience in:
* inventory management
* manufacturing flows (bom, production orders, mrp)
* ap / ar cycles
* financial close process
* experience with data migration methodologies.
* understanding of system integrations.
* strong workshop facilitation skills.
* fluent english.
