we require someone proficient in adobe experience manager, vtex, synerise and other relevant platforms to plan, upload, and manage content to such platforms.
you'll need to handle feedback from the client and make amends, digest an excel spreadsheet to find and process inputs into actionable items and keep track of project status.
providing status reports to your project manager every day will be key, as well as managing your timing on the job.
excellent communication and attention to detail are required in order to successfully deliver
*responsibilities*:
- strive to follow and implement the best practice production process within oliver
- plan and schedule your projects efficiently
- communicate project status to your project manager and development lead according to agreed account process
- adhere to timelines and deadlines set out
- be able to verify the qualitative and quantitative input and output of a project against the project objectives
- clear communication, building trust between both internal teams and the client
- identify, manage and mitigate against project risks
- be a valued team member and enjoy working with people from different disciplines within oliver, as well as the rest of the web content managers
- ensure administration tasks are maintained to the same high standard as the rest of your work
- perform qc and be a brand advocate for the business to ensure the highest quality of the delivery
*qualifications*
- attention to detail
- fluent in english
- excellent understanding of cms platforms (vtex. Wordpress or similar)
- pride in work
- excellent communication skills
- excel skills - important as this is used daily
- experience in adobe experience manager (aem)
- working knowledge of jira
- good organizational and time management
- ability to work under pressure
- basic photoshop skills to support image resizing
