the skills:
* art education degree
* 5+ years of experience in game development, interpreting concepts, modelling and texturing assets
* software experience such as 3ds max or maya
* experience in unreal
* experience in creating 3d characters with a spectrum of likeness skills (realistic to stylized,) with unreal/metahuman knowledge
* ability to create consistent blend shapes while keeping specified style
* rigging/skinning knowledge a bonus
* experience animating assets, it’s a plus
* efficient and fast uv working skills
* superior eye for light, shade, color, and detail in crafting texture maps and materials
* good hand painted texturing skill
* excellent ability to prototype and craft block-out assets
* ability to understand the needs of a project and stay within the style of the project.
