Here are the key requirements and preferences: experience & skills very experienced in short-form video editing (tiktok, reels, shorts) highly creative and detail-oriented comfortable with fast-paced trends, transitions, and storytelling strong sense of pacing, music, hooks, and engaging content experience in adobe premiere, final cut, or capcut some graphic design experience preferred (not required) additional skills needed ability to create thumbnails (ig covers, tiktok covers, youtube shorts thumbnails) ability to write captions that fit each client's brand voice and platform style knowledge of hashtags, trending keywords, and hooks is a plus must know social media posting tools like metricool they will be responsible for posting content for clients, not just editing content style & expectations editor should understand the content style we need: clean, trendy, high-energy, or aesthetic (can discuss per client) must follow or help develop brand colors, fonts, and visual consistency able to take direction but also bring creative ideas fast turnaround times familiar with instagram, tiktok, and youtube platform best practices good communication skills and reliability ability to work with google drive
