role overview
you will own the full email marketing operation from end to end, managing both cold outbound and nurture sequences. For candidates with a broader skill set, this role expands into a full-time position covering meta/google ads and seo strategy. You should be comfortable acting as an internal expert the team can learn from, ensuring our digital presence is optimized for conversions and high-quality lead generation.
key responsibilities
email marketing & lead generation (core focus):
- campaign management: build, launch, monitor, and optimize cold outbound campaigns and nurture sequences using instantly.ai (with a potential transition to smartlead).
- deliverability & health: manage sending infrastructure and domain health, including warm-ups and spam avoidance, to maintain high deliverability.
- copywriting: craft compelling b2b cold outreach copy that drives opens, replies, and conversions.
- optimization: conduct a/b testing and lead segmentation to continuously improve campaign performance.
- analytics: handle reporting, performance analysis, and crm integration basics (gohighlevel).
digital growth (full-time candidates only):
- paid media: manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across meta, google, and bing.
- seo strategy: implement seo fundamentals to grow organic traffic and improve search rankings.
- ai content creation: use ai tools for creative production, including graphics and video, ensuring the content is polished and effective.
required skills & expertise
- email marketing (advanced): expert in cold email strategy, execution, and nurture sequence building.
- tools: proficiency in instantly.ai and slack is required; experience with gohighlevel (ghl) and smartlead is a significant plus.
- copywriting (advanced): specific experience in b2b cold outreach.
- growth marketing (for ft role): intermediate knowledge of seo and paid ads (meta/google/bing).
- ai fluency: basic to intermediate skill in using ai for content creation, provided you have the core marketing knowledge to guide the tools.
- language: professional fluency in english is required.
