*about the role*:
we are looking for a regional sales manager to join our team. We have openings in three regions. We will assign you a region depending on your location. You will be focusing on enterprise sales, targeting mid-sized businesses. - engage with existing members and assist them with their short term and long term business requirements
- cross-sell & up-sell our products and services to our clients helping grow their business with us
- provide an excellent customer experience from the initial call to final sale closure.
- work closely with support & product teams to help meet the clients needs
- offer a high level of service meeting our department key metrics for sales, quality and productivity. Ability to overachieve on department and individual targets.
*business development*
- proactively prospect new opportunities to ensure that quarterly goals are met
- assist new customers with onboarding, providing product information and advice related to products and membership plans that best suit the customers’ needs.
- follow up on mqls (marketing qualified lead) generated from all our acquisition sources to ensure the right qualification and conversion.
- provide an excellent customer experience from the initial call to final sale closure.
- ability to identify opportunities to up and cross sell products as per customers’ requirements.
- complete call logs and reports where required.

- great communication skills in english verbal and written (spanish or dutch as a second language will be an advantage)
- experience using any crm, (preferably hubspot)
- b2b sales experience
- experience in the domain/tech industry.
