responsibilities
* responsible for display solution:
o co‐work with local market on display design and production
o source local producers and build up strategic partnerships. Guiding principle: cost‐efficient and good quality
o arrange and follow display production until it is delivered to retailers
* responsible for store efficiency upgrade:
o store visit mechanism design (sop, checklist, reporting requirement, etc.)
o maintain a full list of retailer stores
o maintain store manager/session manager relationship
* responsible for merchandiser management, building up a mechanism and executing:
o source labor vendors for strategic partnership
o sop & product training
o daily monitoring
* responsible for sell‐out boost initiatives:
o holistic solutions to consistently boost sell‐out. Possible approaches include: \"battle‐card\", giveaway, etc.
