you will work under general supervision and alongside some of the world's most talented production facility operators and machinists.
you will use your maintenance technician expertise to conduct preventative maintenance, scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repair.
you will mentor and train less experienced maintenance technicians.
*key responsibilities*
- perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- support operation area in machine breakdown thru root cause analysis
- participate in improvement action plan along with engineering and maintenance leadership
- perform improvement actions on the machines
- create kaizen in machinery
- support on automation project along with engineering and maintenance leadership
- 5's in machinery and his work area
- responsible for training technicians b and c as buddy partner (new hires)
- monitor machine downtime to escalate when exceed 5% of target
*you must have*
- high school diploma
- basic knowledge on sensors, electric control, hydraulic, mechanic systems, loto, 5 ´s, tpm
- basic knowledge on sewing machine (brother & yuky)
- basic knowledge ultrasonic welding
- basic knowledge vision systems
- basic knowledge on plc programming
