position objective:
ensure that the guests live the elite experience of comfort and warmth that exceeds their expectations, coordinating, facilitating and supervising together with the room manager that the lounge activities are carried out in an effective, comprehensive and consistent manner.

schooling: high school or technical career in tourism
experience: 2 years of experience in the hotel and/or restaurant industry
availability to rotate shifts (morning, afternoon and night)
proficiency in english essential

*responsibilities*:
1.welcome and serve the guest in accordance with the guidelines of the "elite distinction" manual.
2.when the guest requests it, coordinate the necessary activities to achieve the comfort and attention from their reservation, before their arrival at the lounge, during their stay in the lounge and until boarding, (when applicable).
3.supervise that the personnel are in their work area and carrying out their activities properly.
4.promote that the staff remains attentive to the needs of the guests to promptly provide the services of safeguarding objects, cosmetology services, shoe shining, etc.
5.coordinate necessary activities together with the lounge manager to coordinate the bookings, keep lounge areas assigned to guests clean and tidy.
6.verify that all services requested by the guest are completed in reality and in the system.
7.be attentive to the guest comments and needs to identify opportunities to pleasantly surprise them and generate a wow.
