Overview
join us as a service support specialist jr. at ericsson. This position is responsible for coordinating client-requested activities that require logistics and dispatch skills to ensure the continuous availability of client services as hyperscale cloud providers (hcps). This role ensures full compliance with service level agreements (slas) and handles work orders from the client's customer service center and resolves them in a timely manner.
what you will do
* be responsible for managing dispatch and logistics services.
* handle continuous changes in operational processes.
* manage customer-facing cases.
* manage logistical matters such as return material authorization.
* perform service desk processes.
to be successful you must have
* bachelor\'s degree; recent graduate (preferential telecom or it but not mandatory).
* advanced english communication skills.
* at least 1 or 2 years on service desk or customer service.
* knowledge sharing and collaboration skills.
* teamwork and working with people.
* follow instructions and procedures and propose process improvements.
* excel – intermediate or advanced skills.
* desirable: programming skills – basic or intermediate level.
