Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for product commercialization and distribution in mexico.collaborate with cross-functional teams (distribution, business, customer operations, procurement, legal) to resolve quality and compliance issues.lead internal and external audits, corrective actions, and performance monitoring to maintain qms integrity.host and support external, customer, product and social responsibility audits, training process management, mandatory for iso certificationsplan and execute quality system management review, one for each certificationcapa monitoring and analysis to identify opportunities to improveqms change management, qms objetives and kpi monitoring and analysis to identify opportunities to improvemanagement and monitoring of certification bodies (contract review, audit program, concerns, central contact)coordinate and lead management review activities as part of the quality management system (qms) governance process. This includes preparing performance data, compliance metrics, and audit results for leadership review, ensuring alignment with iso 9001 and corporate standards. The qms supervisor will facilitate cross-functional input, document decisions, and track action plans to drive continuous improvement and regulatory complianceyour skills and expertise to set you up for success in this role from day one, 3m is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, quality engineering, and/or related fields is requirediso 9001 and/or iatf 16949 certification experience is requiredminimum 3 years of experience in quality management systems and regulatory compliancestrong interpersonal and communication abilities in english (intermediate/advanced level)additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: strong knowledge of as9120 standards, apqp and ppapleadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional collaborationanalytical mindset and problem-solving capabilitieswork location: this role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at san luis potosí.
