).proven track record of designing and executing communication and culture strategies that drive engagement, alignment, and connection.experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving people, leadership, and business areas.comfortable operating in matrixed, multicultural, and international environments.familiarity with engagement survey processes and translating insights into actionable plans is a strong plus.experience in collaboration with employer branding is highly valued.skillsbilingual communicator with excellent written and verbal skills in english and spanish.strong storytelling and content creation skills across formats — newsletters, announcements, emails — with clear understanding of tone, audience, and channels.experienced in crisis communication, managing sensitive topics with discretion, empathy, and professionalism.skilled in organizing on-site events, workshops, and conferences, handling logistics, vendor coordination, and execution end to end.proficient in google workspace (docs, slides, sheets) and familiar with automation tools like google script, make, yamm, or autocrat.experience with internal comms tools such as mailchimp, beefree, and digital signage platforms like optisigns is a plus.design and video editing skills using tools like canva, obs, capcut, illustrator, or photoshop.knowledge of livestreaming setup and support using obs, google meet, zoom, and related tech (audio interfaces, cameras, microphones).organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities with agility and structure.creative thinker with strong visual sensibility and experience using tools like canva and notion
