job descriptionyou will be responsible for meeting or exceeding allocated software sales targets through growing existing business and developing new business for all ra products, services, and solutions portfolio through a disciplined planning and sales execution process.
you will be responsible for establishing relationships at assigned accounts including but not limited to users, oems, and system integrators, while engaging with distributors to ensure effective and efficient use of resources.
responsible for achieving and exceeding the annual sales target through the maximization of business opportunities at the specified industry focus account.
responsible for developing and implementing effective account plans and ecosystem maps for all accounts assigned.
lead and coordinate the efforts of rockwell automation resources and distributors to provide rockwell automation solutions, products, and services to the customer, especially around tce and mro.
coordination, where necessary, of global and in-country sales initiatives as defined by sales management.
responsible for executing, directly or in collaboration with other resources, the rockwell automation sales process necessary to generate a healthy funnel and obtain the orders (i.e., identify sales and business opportunities, present quotes and proposals, negotiate, and close the orders).
collaborate with all sales teams to increase market penetration, assure sales coverage, and provide appropriate order fulfillment.
build effective business relationships with the accounts through understanding their organization, developing a business relationship with senior management, identifying key decision-makers, and understanding their business, strategy, and directions.
coordinate the account plan and target setting for all his/her accounts.
share and drive information about new potential accounts with sales management for further analysis.
ability to set and achieve challenging targets.
demonstrated ability to sell at the senior management and executive levels, focusing on the business outcomes and articulating the tangible economic value that information software solutions and services can deliver in the territory.
