Fleet consultant / b2b key accountant (mexico city)
at changan méxico, we're growing our commercial fleet business and looking for a fleet consultant (ice & new energy) to join our sales team. This role is for someone with a strong commercial mindset and an active client portfolio, capable of selling vehicle fleets to companies and building long‑term business relationships.
what you'll do:
* drive fleet sales (ice & new energy vehicles) in your assigned region
* develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, leasing companies, and key accounts
* identify business opportunities and generate proposals, quotations, and negotiations
* manage full sales cycle: prospecting → closing → follow‑up
* coordinate test drives, demos, and client visits
* maintain an updated pipeline and crm discipline
* provide product knowledge and guidance to clients
what we're looking for:
* proven experience in fleet sales / b2b automotive sales
* strong client portfolio: this is key
* experience with leasing, corporate sales, or procurement processes
* solid understanding of tco, cost analysis, and proposal building
* advanced english
* crm management and pipeline tracking
* strong negotiation and closing skills
* willingness to travel
